Join our community-based walking program E-motion
For everyone enduring the loss of a loved one
E-motion is a newer organization for people who have experienced the painful loss of people close to them. It is designed to bring bereaved people together through movement. This program was created by a bereaved mother to help grievers find community and movement, to learn to move with the hardest things and not away from them.
You’re Invited to find out more and to join E-motion Movement Communities in partnership with Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County and Waldo County YWCA on our 8-week program during our orientation session at Waldo County YMCA on Saturday, January 6th. 8:00 – 9:30 am.
— Move with us as you hold your loss and connect with others
— People of all fitness levels welcome
— This program is free and open to the public
— No Y membership required.
The program continues Saturdays through March 3rd and Pre-registration is required. The facilitator is Kati Connelly, a member of E-motion
