Advance Care Planning

For those looking to plan for end-of-life decisions

Advance care plans clarify thinking about end of life preferences, help foster conversations about those preferences with loved ones and medical care providers, and direct care when one is not able to make choices for oneself.

Workshops

Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County offers advance care planning workshops across Waldo County aimed at developing plans and talking about end of life issues with loved ones. These workshops are often in a two-part, group format designed to support conversation and leave plenty of time for questions. We can tailor workshops to suit organizations and groups; please contact us at waldohospicevolunteers@gmail.com or call us at 207-505-4434 for more information.
